Transfer the experience provided by managers in physical agencies to the digital channels of the segment.

Current Situation: Currently, customers can only request the Itaucard Business through the agency, with the manager’s assistance.

Business Objective: Make the Itaucard Business available for digital contracting on both Web and Mobile channels.

Experience Objective: Provide a seamless and transparent experience for customers, allowing them to complete the process entirely online.
