Three dashboards were developed to track the activities of the Creative Teams across Portugal, Colombia, and the United States. These dashboards provide a centralized view of the team’s performance and outputs, enabling better oversight and strategic planning.

Key initiatives included studying Data Studio and Media tools to build comprehensive reports and guides, creating performance dashboards, and collaboratively defining indicators with each country. These indicators focus on Competencies, Process, and Results, ensuring alignment across regions. Additionally, a kickoff meeting with teams from the US, Portugal, and Colombia was held to discuss core competencies, providing International with a holistic view of the design teams.
